We ship world wide. USA shippment cost is $3.99 for First Class Mail and $7.99 for Priority. Shipping to Canada is $10.99 and ships via USPS First Class Mail. We ship to most other countries that USPS delivers to for $16.00. The website is setup to accept payment from most countries.
If you can't checkout, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what you want to purchase and where you want it shipped; we will get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can ship to you and what the cost would be.
Most orders ship 1-2 business days after purchase. International packages will take 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on location.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as they are in new condition and unmodified (no filing, sanding, or otherwise altering the grips). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you are exchanging grips for a different color or any type of modification, you will be responsible for paying $3.99 for return shipping in addition to the cost of the modification as follows:
Please include a check or money order (made out to LOK Grips) with the necessary payment for your exchange as described above. If no payment is included we charge the credit card initially used to purchase your items before shipping back to you.
Please also include a detailed note stating exactly what you want what.
