Order Changes & Fees
Due to our wide range of options, our grips must be made to order. If you need to cancel or change your order, call us right away; email communication may not reach us in time. Once your order is marked "In Production," it is on the production floor among many other orders being machined. Changing orders during this phase is costly and time-consuming.

- In Production: You may no longer change or cancel your order. Refer to Return Policy below
- Shipped: Your order has left the building and you will receive tracking shortly. Please allow 24hrs for tracking to update. Refer to Return Policy below
Photos & Colors
Photos are for representation only. Due to variations in G10 layers, color patterns may vary. Colors may also vary in different lighting or when viewed on different devices.
Due to variations in manufacturer tolerances, some fitting may be required. We recommend using a knowledgeable gunsmith for any modifications or custom fitting. If you need help with fitting, or you believe your grips may have a defect, email us immediately so we may help. Email photos and a detailed description of your fitment issue to [email protected]
We cannot guarantee ship dates nor delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays by carriers.
We ship world wide and current shipping prices will be shown at checkout after you enter your address. The website is setup to accept payment from most countries.
If you can't checkout, please send an email to [email protected] telling us what you want to purchase and where you want it shipped; we will get back to you ASAP to let you know if we can ship to you and what the cost would be.
Our grips are made to order and estimated lead times are typically listed on the product page. Some grips take longer though and sometimes we get busy and our lead time gets longer as well. If you are in a rush contact us before ordering. Lead times are an estimate only and will vary based on demand, among several other factors.
International: International delivery varies depending on location and current shipping conditions. Some countries may take longer, depending on your country's customs/regulations/etc. International shipments may be subject to duty/custom fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm our products are allowed in your country. If a product cannot be delivered due to restrictions, we are not responsible.
If the customer refuses the package, they are responsible for the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Sales: What if I ordered just before the sale?
Sales are only valid during the advertised time frame. If you ordered before the sale and your order has not moved to production yet, contact us and we can cancel your order so you can re-order during the sale. If your order has already moved to production, you can order a new set during the sale and ship your previous set back for a refund (see Returns Policy below).
You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund as long as they are in new condition and unmodified (no filing, sanding, or otherwise altering the grips). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Original shipping is not refunded unless it is a result of our error.
**BRASS ITEMS** We cannot take them back if they have been shot with, scratched, tarnished, or damaged in any way. Try them on and make sure you like the shape, texture, and weight. You may return/exchange these grips within 60 days of delivery undamaged and in new condition.
All returns/exchanges will be rejected if outside of 60 days unless you have contacted us first and received written consent to do so.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please include a check or money order (made out to LOK Grips) with the necessary payment for your exchange as described above. If no payment is included we will contact you for payment before shipping your items back to you.
Please also include a detailed note stating exactly what you want what. **We cannot process your return/exchange without a note. If there is no note in the box, grips will just be put back into inventory and your return/exchange will not be processed.**
If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail with a new tracking number once we've received and processed the exchanged item.
